Oh I second this - my donation last week was slim as money is being stretched pretty darn thin starting my business, but when my business gets smooth I'll no doubt be looking for that button too.

Has paid advertising for members been considered here (though I really like that there are no flashing lights and banners here, still if bills need to be paid..)?

Maybe a slim checkerboard-type line on the left or right with little 9X9 box icons/logos of paid subscribers or something. Or a separate page for those, like the way it's laid out on craft show sites who list their show participants.

Thank you everyone for your donations this year! We were able to pay for another year of hosting, woohoo! I'll be drawing the winning donation tomorrow and will post here. I was a little worried there for a while but you all came shining through!

As for generating revenue...I'm open to any suggestions but with Jackson being only 8 months and trying to keep Gerbera afloat, I don't really have much time to tinker with the website. I dream of doing a complete overhaul but heck, I'd be happy if I could just figure out (or hire someone with Monopoly money!) how to add the "Donate" button to the top. We were working on it and then time just slipped away. Seeing these great comments have made me want to redouble my efforts, though!
